Tomatillo Dressing
3/4 cup mayo
1 package Ranch Buttermilk Dressing Mix
1/3 cup Salsa Verde
1 bunch washed fresh cilantro
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 dashes Tobasco Sauce
Blend all ingredients in a blend and blend until mixed. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
freakin yum is all I can say!! I liked yours better than Cafe Rio/Costa Vida because it wasn't as spicy!
