Parmesan Red Potatoes

8+ red potatoes cut in half
6 T butter ( I use a little less)
3 T grated Parmesan Cheese (I use a little more)

Melt butter in pan. Sprinkle cheese. Place raw sides of potatoes down.

Bake @ 400 degrees for 40-45 min.
